Island (found poem)

an island fledged with palm trees
in all shapes they lie
bent, leaned, reclined
some fallen some tall
filled up the sky and the air
green leaves shaded down
an island of palm trees

coarse grass filled the ground
scattered with decaying coco-nuts
an wild island
an wild island

miles out there
seas are dark and blue
hallow but deep
fascinating but sophisticated
surrounded the island in all sides

behind the palm trees
appear a dark forest
lying there like a ferocious wolf
a dangerous island
a dangerous island

original poem

Devil's Hand

I stare at you quietly
without any words
any intense emotions

your face,
so pale,
so calm,
lying there peacefully
on the hospital bed

Memories came flooding back

All of a sudden
I grew angry
how the devil's hands
had destroyed your pretty face
took away thick eyebrow
turned black hair to snow white
bright eyes surrounded by wrinkle
red lips became pale pink

The Hand Of Devil!
took everything away in cruelty
in vain
in jealousy

The Hand Of Devil!
The Hand Of Devil!
